If you want a gas or water damaged just call this company. I am a repeat customer of this company and this is how they treat their customers
They erected a marquee and pegged a stake into the garden( i was told only one stake) the second pierced my gas pipe in the back yard and they didn't say anything. Gas was pouring out as soon as they pierced it and a day following the install. Lucky we noticed there was a problem before we hosted my daughter 21st. Can you image what could have if people were smoking any where near it.
Plumbers bill came to $450.00 for the repair and they refused to pay even half of the amount $225.00.

As they require full payment before they erect the marquee what leg have you to stand on.
Called Natasha and explained the situation but she found every excuse ( like I should know my back yard and where the pipe are.

Natasha you are a disgrace and i will never use your company again.

Had 2 weeks to organise a wedding and with the help of Waverley Party Hire - was easily able to book in a marquee. The team delivered and installed the marquee on a Wednesday for the wedding to be held on Saturday - which made one less thing to think about closer to the date.
