John was quick to return my call, assess the likely fault with our oven and was able to come within 24 hours. He turned up when he said, did the work quickly and cleanly, and charged what he quoted (a fair price). He was also really great with my super-curious 5 year old. After having had the run around from a number of other repairs, John was Grade A quality and would recommend him to anyone!
