Terrible customer service. Asked for quote and they asked me how much my other quotes were as if they didn't know how much it would be? Complained about giving me a quote TWICE, have been waiting 3 days for quote to be emailed to me.

Really dissapointing for a business altogether.

Don't go here.

I have used these guys before and found their work quite good. I did find it a bit inconvenient that they don't have EFTPOS facilities.

However, I had a very bad customer service experience today, which culminated in him refusing to do the three days work that I had booked in. My vehicle is a business vehicle and everyday it is off the road costs me money. I wont be using these guys again.
