Zero professionalism! Try to avoid this place if you have other alternatives!

So frustrated with this place. The waiting times are rediculous. It really is the only GP option on weekends etc around here. With a few kids in the family we come here at least once a month.

I'll tell you secret from my observations this morning. Find out the name of a doctor here and tell them you want to see that one.

We waited in a line outside the door before it opened this morning, and I noticed as people after us went through and saw doctors almost immediately because they asked for a specific Doctor. The appointment system and patient management here is terrible. It's very frustrating sitting here, watching numerous people who arrived a short time ago, go through before you in a place that doesn't take appointments while you wait with two sick kids for hours. I feel powerless, angry and devalued. Who knew a medical centre could do all that?

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR!!!! Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect by a doctor due to my own health issues. Dr Daniel John refused to help me or even refer me to a specialist who could help with my concerns, instead he made a point of his views towards my life choices and was very clear that yes it is his job to help me but he wouldn't because (in his words) " that's your own problem". While i ended the topic before I became to frustrated and moved on to my chest infection, he quickly examined me , subscribed my medicine and then handed me my X-ray forms while mentioning " I'm only referring you for a X-ray because it's illegal not too". Absolutely DISGUSTED!!
