I selected Carly and the team and GreenHaven to conduct Karen (my wife) funeral after reading through numerous online reviews. Based on the 170+ reviews I could find, there was not one negative comment. Having laid Karen to rest yesterday I could not speak more highly of the personal and professional service they provided. They are a relatively small operation, which might mean you need to be a little bit flexible with your date or time, but let me tell you, it's worth it.

Carly and Tim are the most caring Funeral Directors one can hope for. We got in contact with Carly by pure chance after my mother passed away in 2014. Unfortunately for us that was the first of three funerals in 15 months; and with each Carly made sure we felt supported and cared for, and most importantly that our loved ones were properly cared for. It is incrediably difficult to face death and yet despite this I felt I had a friend who understood the depth of my sadness and did her best to make the ceremony everything I could hope for in saying goodbye. My family and I were thrown into the deep end and needed to organise a funeral for the sudden death of my brother. Carly was referred to me by a friend of a friend and as soon as we spoke, I felt relieved. Greenhaven Funerals were able to hold our hands at every step of the way in the organisation of my brother's funeral - from dealing with transportation, organising a coffin, preparation of the service and being able to answer all of my questions in great detail. Carly was very respectful at all stages and guided us through this process with so much professionalism, knowledge and experience - I am forever grateful to her for making such a difficult time that much more less difficult.
