BP Service Station

On Saturday morning November 16, 2013 I visited the BP station at 246 Leach Hwy, Myaree for a car wash. From the beginning to the end this was a perfect example of fantastic customer focus & attentiveness by the young team employed there. I was impressed with their personal skills & helpfulness from the young man who assisted me in sorting out my purchase of ticket to the young girl who assisted me to find the cover to my side rear view mirror that I discovered had come off some hours later. She took the time to check & find it & to ring me back as promised. When I went to pick it up in the early afternoon the team were aware of what I was there for & were all extremely helpful. I work in the public sector & over the years have experienced some less than average customer experiences. Yesterday was such a good example of how to do it right that I felt I wanted to acknowledge & praise it. The team worked as a very functional team & all of them were helpful, considerate & extremely polite individually. It was a WOW experience. Thank you & well done to all.
