      What is your turn around time for framing services?

      Once you have chosen your framing options it usually takes approximately 7-10 days for the team at Portfolio Picture Framers to complete your order. However, if you do have an urgent framing job we can usually accommodate depending on what is required. Contact us about your specifications and we'll do our best to meet all your framing needs.


      How much does it cost to frame my picture?

      The cost of framing something can vary considerably depending on the size, the choice of frame and the addition of other materials such as matting or a mount. To receive an accurate quote please visit our showroom or request a quote.


      Do you do the framing yourself, or outsource the work? And what is the quality of your products?

      You can be rest assured that your work never leaves our premises as none of our services are outsourced and all work is done in-house by the owner, Travis Ottey. All of our products and services are of the highest quality available in Australia. Our work is of conservation standard and all materials are acid free.

      I just recently had a large print framed and I cant praise these guys enough. From there help in choosing the frame, to the quality of their work, I was impressed from beginning to end. The print looks amazing!! Plus at the moment they are offering 20% discount!! I did my research and even before the discount the price was the best I found. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and have already sent friends here who have been equally impressed. Big thumbs up :))
