More than 2 years customer here. The contract we got was for a $65 dollars for me and another $ for my husband. 2 years ago it was offered to him as a promo and he gets a cheap comouter for free. (You know computer cost is added to the amount we pay monthly for 2 years). Little did I know that the guy did not set up my information correctly instead used my hubby's bday. To cut the story short, after the 24 months we wanted to save money so Went to buy from another provider and I wanted to use the same number I have. Unfortunately because of the wrong date of birth I couldnt do it. Her I go, went chatting with Abbie who said that I had to go to the shop to make the change. Then she bribebed me with differrent offers and said that once I get any of her offer she could do the change. I said I will think about it and went on with my say. In the arvo I went to their shop in Nambour only to be told that I need to speak with them on the phone because she cant do it on the shop. What a crop!!! Please dont just be after your customers money. If want to keep them be honest with them and treat them human!!!
