The installation guy that came here, didn't know what he was doing at all..

He installed in not straight, and after recall, I asked not to send same guy back, but they are either deaf, or simply don't care.. I think don't care

He came back and bumbled around for the best part of an hour, sighing and frustration he showed was terrible customer service 😑

Cortani service of showerama needs a good old fashion kick in the pants.

I sent this clown out the door, I'll either fix it myself, or pay to renew the whole thing again.. if I can't

I'm not paying anyone else again to play with this rubbish job

Steer clear , I wouldn't recommend these guys at all.. they don't even care about long term clients like me
