Have left numerous messages and never get a reply. Has been over 3 weeks since bag was supposed to be collected and have heard nothing. Would definitely not recommend them. Very poor service and different excuses used.

No service or collection when needed, no reply to messages. Suspect they have gone out of business. Next steps are to dump the frame bag and move on

I agree with what others have said—this business has incredibly poor communication. We paid in advance, yet they haven’t collected our bags in over two months. Despite sending multiple messages, we’ve received no response. It’s both disappointing and frustrating to deal with such unreliability, especially after payment has already been made.

My Dad has used this service for years and despite my email, Telephone messages and text messages the only reply is a reminder that the account is in arrears and the gate was locked. Never a day or date when they are proposing to call for the bin service and attend to the account despite my email, text messages x 3 and voice messages x 2. I simply don't understand how I am to contact this business even after 2 now online enquiries as well, off their web site.

Poor customer service. Leave a message and still no reply… do yourself a favour. And go with someone else.
