Had to write this review as it is the first time I've received such wonderful customer service from an online store! Service was prompt and super friendly. Bought a gorgeous crystal set and received it 2 days later. Can't wait to wear it to my daughter's wedding.

Fantastic friendly service and gorgeous products

I spent a small fortune and just received my order full of stunning jewellery pieces which I plan to gift this xmas to all my beautiful girls that work tirelessly everyday in my salon. I'm so tempted to keep a couple of the items for myself...lol. Thank you so much Vikki for your fast responses to my emails and going above and beyond to help me pick the ideal gifts for each one of my girls. They're going to love them, I know I do! :)

I purchased four necklaces from Ozbling. Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 weren't the same colour as the pictures showed. The pictures were much brighter and vibrant and made the stones and metal look shiney and bright, but in real life there were dull.
I requested a refund or exchange but was refused a refund altogether and only offered an exchange on one necklace (as the other was on sale).
Unfortunately, after seeking advice from
Consumer Affairs, I have had to lodge a refund request through PayPal to get my money back.
On top of this, the 2 necklaces I have kept have tarnished terribly after wearing them twice each. My experience dealing with Ozbling has been so terrible, I haven't bothered to attempt to return these two items. I'll just throw them out.
Very disappointing.
