Had an morning appointment confirmed. After 3 phones calls that day, they postponed to following morning. A week later noticed the 3rd point was not connected to antenna. Rang Linda on the Tuesday to tell her and get guy out Saturday morning. Said she’d sall to confirm Tuesday when she got into office. No call. I called back Wednesday For her to tell me no record of booking. Drrr! Got into a heated call as I said Saturday needs to be before 1pm. She said it will be and I’ll get a text Friday night. I did. Saying afternoon. Here I am Saturday at 1.25pm after another heated convo at 12.14 saying Tec won’t be here till late afternoon and will call me directly in 15 minutes...
I highly recommend NOT using their services. Don’t overbook work if you don’t have the manpower to service it in the time allocated Linda!

I should have known that this would be bad when they only called me at 9.40pm to confirm a 7.30am arrival the following day. Called to organise a digital antenna install for my in-laws (pensioners) and asked them if it was possible for them to call me to pay by credit card, which they agreed too. So then they call at a very late hour to confirm, and surprise surprise, they had my pensioner in-laws pay $209 by cash. When I questioned them on how a simple instruction could not be followed - which by the way was noted on the invoice the sent me as evidence of payment - I receive "we apologise for any inconvenience caused"...or translated to, "we have our money, so bad luck".
Don't use them. Absolutely horrible if this is the level of service they dish up.

We had a very bad experience , last week! Quoted $180 over the phone for a two point digital Antenna, the technician was around in one hour& upon arrival he started selling me more things such as:This house needs two antennas or a bigger one for a better reception!we were just swapping the old analogue for a new digital, even though we've never had a problem with the reception!!!! I opted for the $ 245 one, believing what he said! however after he left plus the payment, we lost reception in one channel& had problems with another! Called Gemma to tell her to send him back to check, she was rude& dismissive of everything i had to say. on three occasions she said I've passed the message& he'll call you back then hang up! Jason called back that night& he said that :As far as he's concerned, the job is done& for him to come back, I have to pay another service call of $ 120, It's company's policy! I refused & said I've already paid that last week,and how can you say that you've done the job,if you never came inside to check the reception before leaving?His answer was : that's company's policy , I am not paid to come into people's houses! ,then he hang up! tried calling him back, but no answer! We had to get some one else to check on his work, the first thing the technician did is : he went inside and checked the reception on both points & he saw the problem! then he went outside to check the Antenna, BINGO!!! it was pointing in the wrong direction& left loose to dance with the wind! fixed it, then he came back & checked the reception and made sure that everything was working! He did all that for half the price they were demanding to come & fix their fault! Reading the reviews on this website, it seems to me , that is a common practice By them to make more money!please don't fall for that, unless you are willing to loose your money!
Thank God that there is still some honest people around, that's all what I could say!

I cant understand their rating - the service we received was really good.
We were given a price range over the phone but were told subject to the guy checking it etc.
They had someone with us the following day, had no problems with any of their staff the lady on the phone was helpful, the tech knew what he was doing AND we havent had any issues etc.
Do yourself a favour if you are looking for a new antenna guve them a call yu wnt regret it, we most certainly havent. Infact we are getting them back to mount a TV for us,

I was quoted $180 over the phone for an antenna for two tv points. When the technician arrived he told me that it was well known that there's not very good reception on the Mornington Peninsula. He informed me that I would probably need a splitter. This would cost an additional $250. I also needed an amplifier. Total cost $500.50!!!
Please beware - when I phoned to complain I was told that they had said to me that their quote was subject to signal.
This company is very misleading & know the minimum they need to say to cover themselves!!!

Phone twice to check price to get a TV mounted and a Ariel transferred for one wall to another. they quoted $349 Dollars. when I booked them they ended up charging $411 saying all quotes don't include GST. on both occasions when I got the quote they failed to say that it wasn't including GST. Wouldn't use again. felt cheated.

Highly recommend this company.
I had emailed a few companies for quotes but Antenna Specialist were the only ones to get back to me and they did so within 15 mins of my enquiry.
I was given a quote & I arranged for work to be done next day.
The guy that did the antenna was polite, friendly & explained everything to me.
This is a great company to deal with

No surprises to read up on a number of negative reviews after our experience with this company. Quoted $180 over the phone for the installation of an antenna.
Ended up being actually $265 because the quote did not include GST or extra work required for to gain a signal. Completely mislead as this was not at all mentioned in the initial quote over the phone.

BEWARE this company.
Quoted $120 for the relocatian of an exsisting antenna point.
When the (tech ) came out i was told that he could not remove the old point due to gov. Regulations restricting him from removing exsisting work, but he could run a new line.
The new line caused the reception to pixelate! And the solution was to install a new antenna $220.
The total for the bill ended up at $415 !!
Two weeks after the installation it rained, and my roof LEAKED!
The plumber I called told me that the roof was in perferct condition apart from the two broken tiles right next to the antenna!!
The plumber was so disgusted by the obvious negligence of this company, that on my behalf rang Antenna specialist to ask them to make restitution for the damages caused by their employee.
They have so far refused to pay for damages caused, and seem uninterested in the issue!!
Please dont let this happen to you, choose a reputable company to work with!!

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! Do not deal with this company unless you want to lose money and be frustrated beyond belief.
Firstly, they sent out a junior technician who installed a medium gain antenna that we had purchased and after the $85 call out fee we had only 2 working channels (that were fuzzy)! I then called the "service' center (what a joke) who said they were sending out a more 'senior' technician and admitted that the first technician was junior. I was informed that the second technician would call beforehand but he never did and just showed up at our house. He explicitly stated that the first technician was junior and should NOT have installed the medium gain antenna and that he should have known from the surrounding houses and the area that it was never going to be powerful enough. So - that antenna was wasted ($160) and we were also charged the call out fee of $85. The second technician then suggested that he could get all of our channels working if he installed a new antenna for the cost of $1250. I nearly fell off my chair. We said we would think about it and rang around a few other places. In the end we got another company who was great and they install a new antenna and amp for $380 in less than 30 minutes (we now have all channels and they are crystal clear!).
When I rang the service center they were extremely dismissive and rude. They promised to call me back in a week or two and after a month I had to call back myself. The service I received was the rudest I have ever experienced and there was a total lack of empathy for the fact that we had wasted nearly $300 from their incompetence or the fact that their quote of $1250 was outrageous. I am thinking of taking this up with Consumer Affairs.
I am the type of person that hardly ever complains (this is my first negative review!) - I dont even send back bad meals at a restaurant, but I feel compelled to try to save others from the possibility of losing money.
