Received the wrong material which wasn't an issue in itself however once I called to try and exchange the product Paul became rude, aggressive and very defensive. I called three times during the week to try and exchange products and was told each time that they would call back and never did!!! Very poor customer service skills, horrible communication skills and just straight out rude. He was more interested in asserting dominance than actually doing his job. Don't do business with this company, you'll waste your time and your money. Horrible experience!

When delivering the driver didnt check the area out and dumped the load on the ground and not on the taps set up, then damaged the garage wall when the tail gate crashed down after dumping.

They told us thhe would get someone out to fix the garage, but nearly a month later nothing has happened.
