How can I give lees than 1 star, where to start.. Initial install was messed up and they needed to return. The install never, at any time fit the brief, I wanted an internal screamer and an external, the system cannot handle both with audio output. The sensors are defective and have a very small field of detection, they do not cover my floor area. The App constantly crashes and is utterly useless. The Panel itself is clunky and has had faulty within a month, I was promised a new panel which never eventuated. I wonder if you are seeing a pattern developing here?
