Firstly after being told to come back in an hour, I did and then waited another half hour.

The hairdresser was rude when I told her what I wanted stating WHAT YA WANT??? It was a basic trim. Still had no idea. She was looking out into shopping centre when I was talking.

Then she said TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT!!!!

I then immediately left the salon.

Disgusting customer service.

Hi I had a extension service by this business , it was terrible work

The worst service I have ever experienced at a hairdressers. Stylist left my cut half way through and was cutting someone else's hair leaving me waiting for over 10 minutes. Then went to style my hair using a hairbrush covered in other people's hair! I will go somewhere else next time.

NOT Happy at all ! I have very long hair and asked the lady to cut 2cm off but she had other ideas . She ended up cutting hair my hair off and was so uneven ! when she started i told her to stop but she already had gone to far so she had to finish it. Will not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

I had my hair re styled and was dissatisfied with my hair cut so I went back a week later for the Senior Stylist to fix it. Not only was my hair cut uneven but they had not even cut my hair straight. Being so distraught that they had completely butchered my hair I asked to talk to the owner of the business. I had sent him images of my hair prior to our conversation on the phone, I could not believe his denial of what his staff had done to my hair, but he would not even refund my money.
I would not recommend these "qualified" hairdressers to any one.
I had to go else where to have my hair fixed/
