Healthscan Specialist Imaging Narre Warren

My wife and I had a very bad experience doing the 12 week scan for our second child at NARREGATE Healthscan Specialist Imaging, Narre Warren. The Sonographer was not polite or friendly from the get go. She didn't introduce herself. She didn't take us through the scans at all. They didn't have a second screen so we all had to look her screen. She didn't careto tell us what was on the screen, or the child's heart rate or if everything was normal. We were in and out in a matter of minutes which more or less seemed like seconds. We would never go back there. A baby's 12 weeks scan is supposed to be a special moment and I wouldn't want anyone to make the same mistake as we did. What was supposed to be a very happy memorable moment was in fact a terrible sad experience for us. The sonographer didn't bother to see us out or even tell us if we could leave. She just walked out of the room when the job was done. Her heart is not in her job. We didn't experience any warmth from her. We put in a verbal complaint at the front desk, who by the way are really wonderful nice people. They gladly heard our complain and apologised to us which helped. The sonographer was also more worried about our son who we had brought in. I hope the management would take this sonographer through an education program on how to work with customers especially when it comes to doing baby scans. It not what did they for a job that matters but how they do it.
