Jane is a wonderful sales girl and hairdresser with so much product knowlage.
Huge range of products! Huge!

Staff member at shop is very rude and has no manners. Arrived at shop 10 minutes before it opened sat in car and waited for it to open, older woman arrived and gave a nasty stare at us . Waited in car and gave her five minutes past opening time to organize things before entering shop. She was rude and had a horrible tone to her voice , totally obnoxious will never go back again ,

I have been going to this establishment for many years, the product range is great and prices are wonderful.....however the women that work in there are so rude and have no idea how to treat customers. I will never ever deal with this company again due to the appauling way I was treated. ***Just a note, make sure you keep all your receipts and the boxes that your products came in because if you have any issues with "out of date" products that are sold to you, they will give you a very difficult time.
