I gave my phone and my son's phone to be repaired. They didn't repair the phones properly. And they went onto my Google account and posted two 5 star reviews with great comments on their service. I edited the reviews and went and told them and they insisted that I gave them the 5 star reviews.

There are some bad reviews here but I had good service. They fixed my broken screen and gave me a free screen protector so I bought a case to protect my phone from breaking it again. I had no problem at all. I dont understand the bad reveiws

Pathetic
I would rate this zero if there was an option , I had a protective screen put on my mobile and I didn’t realise it wasn’t done correctly until I got home, there was this line from one side to the other side of the phone , I went to Southland on 6 different occasions and they weren’t open , the opening hours say 9am, this is a complete lie, 9:30, 9:45am still closed, called their mobile on the website and it rings out and no one calls back . So now I am out of my seven day warranty period Today I went and spoke to this horrible blonde Asian girl who said to me it’s not her problem, I should get a new job so I can come when they are open , she told me that she wouldn’t help me at all, she wouldn’t call her manager, she told me if I’m not happy to sue them, she said in such a condescending way that we don’t answer our phone because we are too busy , she wouldn’t listen to my issue , I tried to do the right thing by calling them the day after i saw there was that horrible line across the phone, and going there when I could but she just kept tapping her nails on the sign saying she will NOT help me at all and it’s my problem and not hers and it’s out of warranty , I would honestly think twice about going there , this horrible girl that works there should be fired and doesn’t deserve a job in any customer facing role.

My new phone screen protector installed by this company cracked after 3 weeks. In those 3 weeks I had been immobile due to a painful injury with a broken arm. When I returned with the receipt the shop attendant was rude & accused me of dropping or sitting on the phone (when there was absolutely no chance either of those things happened.) Absolutely no effort at customer service for the good will of the customer or the company. The screen cover should never have cracked after 3 weeks..
