Usually I take taxi because I have little one with me. Some of taxi drivers are really nice and helpful but some are very unfair. Last time I booked a taxi on Friday evening as soon as he arrived he turned his meter on. We haven’t even hopped on the taxi and as I have little one it takes little longer. I may be wrong but taxi meter should be starting only after the passenger have their seatbelts on. But some of them start driving their taxis already even before the seatbelts are on.

I used ACT Cabs online booking system for the first time today. Once the booking was confirmed I received a tracking link that kept me updated re my taxi number and its ETA. The taxi arrived on time and I received good service from my driver. Will definitely use this company and online booking again.

I rang ACT Cabs because my Uber didn’t arrive.
The operator organized a driver immediately and within minutes I was picked up and taken to my destination.
The driver assured me I would get their in time and I did,
However, in my haste to make my flight interstate, I left my laptop in the back.
Again I rang the ACT Cabs number and operator located the driver who immediately returned my laptop to me.
Top service where customers are a priority and it’s easy to call and speak to a real person who goes out of their way to meet your needs.
The driver was prompt and honest and I cannot rate them more highly.
Definitely recommend for real service with real people who can be relied upon to get you there on time and with ease.
