AMS Plumbing

Just had AMS out to install a sink and dishwasher all the parts were made available, they could not fit this as a hole needed to be drilled in a piece of timber! I asked what they could do, however they had no solution so watched me as I tried to fix the problem! I still got charged the $88 for the call fee with no sink or dishwasher fitted as they would not drill the hole

I was really surprised by the response time that I received after calling for a plumber. Within an hour they were attending to my blocked drains/toilets in the house. The price was extremely impressive also. I was expecting to pay big bucks, but was more then happy with the outcome. Definitely will be using AMS again! Cheers guys!

I recently had AMS out to repair a under ground water leak. I called the office and spoke with the friendly staff, they were very helpful and had a plumber out within 1 hour. The plumber himself was very helpful, he showed me where the leak was coming from and went through step by step how to repair the leak. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

He was straight in, found the problem and fixed it with no fuss, even helped me to clean up the mess for me afterwards!

Attended 4 hours late. Obviously have no value for people's time.
Company using subcontractors to the job.
Charged $195 for leak detection guy was there for 20 minutes.
Asked if it might be solar hot water that might be leaking? Not even looked at!
Guy was pretty happy nothing was wrong.
Just don't want to ring trades people any more.
Pretty disappointed with ? Service.
