I used Assassin Pest control today for the first time, and cant praise Daryl enough for the comprehensive inspection and pest control treatment my property received this week. I found Daryl was very polite and professional in the way he explained what's needed to exterminate my rodent issues. Daryl was on time both days,
I highly recommend Assassin pest control to other. As i myself will with out doubt will 100% use them from now onwards. Thank you Daryl & team for the piece of mind knowing the jobs done right.

I was very pleased with the pest service I received from Assassins Pest Control. The man I spoke to over the phone was clear and concise. The technician was on time and polite and did a fantastic job. 10/10 customer service overall.

Darryl has not learnt how to treat people (let along customers) respectfully. He is unnecessarily defensive, impatient and does not listen. His offsider is nice though. Please send Darryl to some sort of course where he can learn basic communication skills.

I wouldn't recommend this company as they are rude, they dont complete the job but expect to be paid ..Owner very abusive and brags that in the contract you cant take them to court if termites are found 6 months later.

I called the day before I needed my house pest sprayed for the end of a lease; I was given a quote on the spot which was exactly what I ended up being charged, I was told they would call at a particular time the next day to check I was ready for them to come over - they did call bang on time & showed up promptly. Answered all my question, did a quick & efficient job & gave us some advice for other issues we've got at my new house.
100% recommend, would definitely use again. :)

Had a termite inspection on 27/04/20. Gave my email address to the guy who completed the inspection and he said that the report would be emailed. 18/05/20 I called to inquire about where the report was. He said that their computer system had been down for a week and that it would be sent out within the following 2 weeks. 15/06/20 I called and the guy answered he said in a stern and rude tone that he didn't know where the report is and to send an email with the details. 17/06/20 I called again and spoke to a woman who said that they have been busy and the report will be completed over the weekend and that I will receive it on Monday. 22/06/20 at 4pm, I called again and the guy answered I gave the details and asked where the report was. He said very rudely that the report has been sent out via regular mail today possibly, but he couldn't confirm. He said that his office staff only work till 2:30pm. When I challenged him about the expectation of service he cut me off in conversation saying that everyone is busy and that I will get the report when it arrives without even confirming that it had been sent out and that he shouldn't have to confirm that the report has been completed. When I asked to speak with someone else he said that there was no one else. I have emailed again in the hopes that someone else can help. I will give them another week, then I will go to Fair Trading. I have been calm and patient during all his rude encounters, however that is wearing thin. This report didn't only cost over $200, but it is also a document that keeps my house warranty valid.
