      No Safety Inspection for you ..

      The manager told his admin people, to tell me they don't do blue slip inspections on a retro caravan. Ive been a regular over the years. I know they're busy and work hard.

      But I'd say it's really based on who I am. The van is in excellent condition and needs to have that safety inspection either way.

      I think being truthful and respectful is an important part of customer communication & service.
