      Aussie Upholstery has 40 years’ experience in custom upholstery. We come to you for obligation free quote, with a wide range of fabric samples. Quality craftsmanship, we take pride in our work. We use a wide range of Warwick fabrics & high-density foam. Speak to us in regards to choosing the right fabric and colour for you. Pick-up and delivery of furniture can be arranged for the customer.

      We can restore your antique furniture, bring your old loved furniture back to new or give you that bespoke touch in our custom range. Using high-density foam, quality Warwick fabrics. Highest grade of webbing. We use strong quality coil springs and no-sag springs. Keeping you in the loop throughout the progress. For stress-free, done right the first time. We do deep buttoning. Scatter cushions, and outdoor furniture. You are working directly with the upholster not a business who contracts the workout. We pride ourselves on every piece of furniture that we do. Ensuring quality control before it leaves us to come to you.

      Relating to the quote under insurance what happens with the fee?

      This fee for a quote is deducted from your balance when you have the furniture refurbished.


      How long is a turnaround?

      Usually two weeks from furniture arrival unless otherwise discussed with the customer.

      We can come to you with samples, or you can give us an idea of what you like and we can send samples to you through the mail.


      How much does a consultation for a quote cost

      We don't charge for the consultation or quote unless this is under insurance.

      We have 40 years’ experience in custom upholstery.


      How long is the warranty on your work?

      We have a 1-year warranty on our work.


      How does the payment work?

      We take a 40% deposit to cover materials before the commencement of work. The balance is paid before delivery.

      Yes, we do restore antique furniture.

      Fantastic service

      I recently had my dining room chairs recovered by this wonderful company. I cannot believe how quick and efficient the job was done in by this company. Janine was so very helpful and gave me good advice which I appreciated. As I have a broken foot atm the job was done in four days for me so I had somewhere to sit when eating.

      I can highly recommend this firm for any upholstery jobs needing to be done. In an era where customer service hardly exists anymore - Janine went above and beyond.

      Excellent work and thoughtful service

      I am very happy with the conversion of my old sofa bed to a lovely outdoor sofa for my balcony, Janine and Clint were very helpful with pickup and delivery. Also, Janine was very thoughtful about working within my budgetary limits, without affecting the quality the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with upholstery needs.

      Friendly service at moderate prices!!

      Janine @ Aussie Upholstery gave fast, friendly service at amazing prices! I needed a couple of vintage armchairs updated - the webbing & stuffing had deteriorated, but the upholstery fabric was still in good condition. They rapidly restored all 5 chairs, collected and delivered them back, for a very moderate price.

      matching lounge suite

      Unreal service - not only have our electric recliners been given totally new life, they were able to match them to the 3 seater lounge they did for us 5 years ago, still looks like new, couldn't be happier, and at half the price of buying new ones. I only wish I could post a picture of my new matching lounge suite - it is gorgeous.

      Excellent workmanship and service

      These guys do great work. My 8 dining chairs look like new with the exceptional upholstery job they did. The seats are now more comfortable than they’ve ever been! Also, Janine was excellent keeping me updated on progress; what was being done and why. I am so happy with the end result. I will be a returning customer for sure!
