This is because I have had an unpleasant experience with my purchase of land in Shepparton and was referred by a friend. My recent sales of a newly built home in Shepparton and purchased in Melbourne were taken cared by a team of great people. They do not give you last minute instructions and in fact they will call you if something is requiring your action point if you have not taken any actions as required sent by emails. Both my husband and I have no experiences in the selling and buying process in Melbourne and Belmar Convayancing took us through the whole process step-by-step and ensuring that we understand and being well informed what we are signing.
