Do not use this company they will take your money and not do the work. I had them pick up a spa from the depo and deliver it and put in my backyard. On the day they made me pay up front before they would pick it up, the alarm bells should have been ring but didn’t. They got it to my house and it was clear that they didn’t know what they were doing in the process they broke a panel and then left it up the side of my house and told me that they would have to think about it. That was a week ago and I haven’t been able to get hold of them by phone or text.

I have moved many times in the past 30 years and used a wide variety of removal companies in that time. When I first met Terry and Marilyn from Buck Removals in 1998 and had them quote an interstate move for me I was very impressed by the professional but caring attitude they showed. They were extremely careful with my possessions and made the move the easiest I had undertaken (this was move number seven at that point in time, all long distances).
A few years later I actually returned to the Dubbo area and phoned Buck Removals to see if they could do the move as I had such faith in them. Over the next 1
5 years Buck Removals moved my furniture and precious possessions several times (I think I still hold their record for the most moves, which is a good indication of my respect for their abilities) and I have always found them to be highly professional but very caring when undertaking those moves.
Moving house is a very emotional and stressful time for most people and finding a removal company that genuinely cares about their customers is an enormous relief - thank you Buck Removals for taking the hassles out of moving and making life much easier!
