What is a deposit or insurance bond?
A deposit bond or insurance bond is a simple cost-effective way to cover the deposit on a property purchase when you do not have immediate access to cash, but have finance approved. The value of the bond is equal to the required deposit. A deposit bond can be particularly useful if you are buying at auction. Please check with the Real Estate to ensure they accept deposit bonds.
What is a pre-approval?
A pre-approval is an approval that is given confirming that you can afford the loan based on your current circumstances. It is subject to the standard terms and conditions and verifications. It is usually given to people looking to purchase a property.

We found Vaughan to be very friendly, professional, and extremly committed after one phone call late one evening, he never hid behind a laptop when ever we met which i thought to be very professional, we had a very tight time frame but Vaughan worked very hard to get our finance across the line at a great rate and a good product for our next adventure, i couldnt recommend Vaughan highly enough and there is not enough stars to rate this gentleman. Highly recommend Choice Home Loans Greensborough! Our requirements were somewhat complex and wasn't your typical home loan. Vaughan got formal approval in 5 days and a great rate that saved us over $500 a month in repayments.
Thanks Vaughan for the great service and we hope to use you again in the near future.
