      Staying up to date with our training is important to us. Undertaking regular inductions with big companies such as Coles, Woolworths, Bunnings and the Collins Food Group keeps us focussed on current industry standards and expectations. Making sure we meet their high requirements gives us skills and processes we can just as easily apply to the smaller domestic jobs as well. For jobs that require specialist training - such as WPCG Accreditation - just give us a call so we can match the qualified tradesman to your job.

      Meeting Blue Card requirements and undergoing regular Police Checks means that we are ready to go and work on sites where you need to know you have employed contractors who will respect the clients and behave appropriately. Going digital with our job software saves us time and allows us to streamline our business - not to mention helping to save the environment.

      Can you maintain the plumbing at my business?

      Absolutely. We have been working with Warwick’s leading businesses for years. We know the cost to your bottom line if things aren’t working, and so we know it is important to keep things running smoothly.


      What areas do you service?

      We predominantly service the town of Warwick. Although we are happy to do work in surrounding areas, it does incur a travel charge.


      Do you do blocked drains?

      Yes indeed. We have a high pressure water jetter which clears drains with ease. We also have a drain camera which can easily pin-point the problem.


      Do you work on weekends?

      Yes, by appointment, but be aware that outside normal business hours attracts penalty rates. As our guys expect to be paid more for working after hours, we need to pass on that cost.


      Do you do gas fitting?

      Yes, our fully licensed tradesmen can install new appliances or sort issues you have with your existing gas system.


      Are you a locally owned business?

      Yes, we are a locally owned and operated business, in continual operation since 2001.


      Are you insured?

      Yes, we are able to meet the insurance criteria of bigger businesses.


      Do you do small maintenance jobs like fixing toilets and taps?

      Yes, we certainly do. We aim to give prompt attention to issues which you may consider small, and with our years of experience we will ensure it does not turn into a larger issue for you.


      Do you meet Blue Card and Police Check requirements?

      Yes. If it is a requirement for our tradesmen to work on your site, just let us know and we can forward you a copy of their Blue Cards and Police Checks.


      How can I pay?

      You can pay via Credit Card, Direct Debit or cheque.
