What if my air con does not cool well?
In case your air con does not cool well it means that your unit is most likely low on refrigerant gas.
What if my air con does not heat well?
In case your air con does not heat well it, means that your air con is most likely low on gas or has a faulty reversing valve.
What if my air con does not turn on?
In case your air con does not turn on it means your air con most likely has a faulty indoor fan or the unit could be tripped on an internal fault that needs to be investigated.
What if my air con is making strange noises?
In case your air con is making strange noises that means your air con is most likely due for a service.
What if my air con leaks water?
The drainpipes are most likely blocked or the filters may be dirty.
What if the outside fan is not working?
The fan has most likely burnt out or the fan capacitor may be faulty.
What if my air con does not blow air?
The reversing valve or duct heater is most likely faulty. The unit may also be low on gas.
What if my air con runs excessively but cannot bring the room to a comfortable temperature, e.g. room too hot in summer or too cold in winter?
The unit is most likely low on refrigerant gas.
What if the air con shuts on and off repeatedly?
The unit outdoor coil is most likely blocked with dust/debris. The unit could also be low on gas and is short cycling.
What if some rooms/zones are hot and others cold?
Zone motor dampers are most likely faulty. For all of these problems and any others, it is recommended to call Harmony Air Conditioning for a technician to check and assess the problem so it can be fixed in the most efficient way.

My ducted split unit air con system was not as cold as it use to be so therefore I contact Harmony Air Con. Huss attended the service and he was friendly and approachable. He thoroughly perform a diagnostic check and was able to pin point the issue immediately. He recitify the issue on the day. It was a positive experience. Huss was very experienced, informative and knowledgeable in his field. He explained every step that he was taking and educated me on how to maintain my air con system. Will certainly be using them again. Harmony Air Con is highly recommended!!

My air con was not cooling down like use to be. I called Huss and he squeezed me in on a Sunday. He changed over my fan to a new industrial grade fan, took the time to do that little extra and checked my unit out and also added gas. He was polite and on time and provided good old fashion service. He was also experienced and did a great job. Thank you Huss. I have no hesitation in recommending Harmony Air to anyone. Appreciate it.....Frank.

Huss took time from his busy schedule to come mid-summer at short notice and fix our capacitor. Air con now works amazing. Huss is very kind, friendly and understanding, specially with my mother's limited English. He's a professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable tech. When others try and take your money, sell you new air cons, or don't show up, Huss is the guy to call. He was on-time, he's polite and knows what he's doing. Highly recommend him for all your air con needs, definitely will contact him again for servicing and / or any other issues we may have. Huss has the solution.
