We sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations.
We have reviewed our records on your vehicle. The car was first booked in for a hard to start issue and fuel filter, as the sedimate indicator light was on, on the dash. The sample was shown to the owner of the vehicle upon pick up and suggested that the vehicle be serviced as it was overdue.
The following day the vehicle was returned for a service as requested by the owner and when asked about the start issue owner reported it was now fine.
The following day after the srevice we recieved a call late that afternoon to a no start issue after the owner had removed the fuel filter on his own accord.

While the front of counter service was very professional and friendly we are feeling very let down in regards to the work that was completed on our vehicle. When the car was first booked in for a service, only the diesel filter was changed, we then had to have the car off the road a second day for a service to be completed. We also asked for a check over as it wasn't starting right. We were told no problem was found, and the next day (day 3 of having car off the road) it wouldn't start again, the car could not be moved on the Friday afternoon due to no availability of tow trucks so was off the road all weekend.
a tilt tray on Monday morning to get it back to the mechanics plus labour and parts, = almost $700 in four days for 4 glow plugs (which turned out to be the issue with it not starting) and a service.
We will not be returning here again.

The one star is only because the lady at the front counter spoke to us so nicely each time we were there.

Honest and quality work for fair price with professional attitude.....I wouldn't go anywhere else
