Awesome customer service. A wonderful young plumber kept me informed from setting up hot water for that night to the installation of a new hot water service the next day. Great company and has great tradespeople and staff. Thank you

Ken Hall guys came out at short notice to help another tradie to get access to fix a problem in our flat roof cavity, which required lifting of 6m long metal roof panels when directed and replacing them as each section of the job was finished. The Ken Hall guys were prompt, friendly, worked well with the other tradie and did a clean, efficient job. We would certainly call Ken Hall again, especially for an emergency job.

I called... they answered quickly... they said someone would msg me when they were on their way. Jack was my plumber and he did just that. Then, with a smile, he completed the job perfectly while explaining what he was doing

The job they worked on was a blocked sewerage drain. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong!. But they persevered, kept me informed, and despite it running late into the night, got the job done. Thank you.

We had a sparky and plumber come out to fix a number of small jobs in our new home. The two of them were on time, friendly, worked quickly and clearly explained what they were doing and why. The sparky even cleaned behind my oven before installing the new one! Both Ken Hall trades have gone above and beyond to make sure the work they've done for us will last long term. We will be recommending Ken Hall plumbers and electricians to all our friends.
