Where is my main water valve in case I need to turn my water off?

In most cases, your water meter is generally located at the front of your property just inside the boundary (the border between your property and the local authority verge area) and is usually in line with the front garden tap. If this is not the case, you can contact the water corporation on 13 13 75 to help you locate it. Please note: be sure to locate and mark the main water valve before you need it. That's way, you will be able to find and close it quickly should a water leak occur.


Why do I need a licensed electrician?

Thank you!

We had 2 plumbing issues and arranged for a plumbing service with our Real Estate. Royalty Plumbing contacted my husband straight away and organised an appointment within a day. While this whole Coronavirus is going around, having someone coming to your house, might raise a bit of concern.

But when the plumber arrived, he wore protective gear, gloves and mask and kept 1.5m distance from us at all times. He was aware that i am heavily pregnant and that we have a toddler too and made us feel very safe. He worked efficient and took all precautions necessary. We would like thank you and show our appreciation!

Very unrealistic prices, I called them for repairing a faulty switch to my spa, it turned out to be the air switch. The repair cost around $700. The start button got broken during the repair and with nearly $700, they wanted to have a tube sticking out that I can blow in it to start the pump. I refused and then they replaced the button they broke, The cost of new pump is less than $400, which makes it unrealistic to call in a plumber, just replace the pump it is cheaper and better....

Had to arrange emergency maintenance then a full replacement of a gas HWS - all from 1,200km away. Found these guys to be helpful, efficient and, best of all, didn't feel like I was getting ripped off because I was so far away!
