      I Might As Well Have Been Invisible!!! Can't Give No Star Rating :(

      Had them come to my place as a friend is storing his appliance which needed repairing there.

      Didn't bother acknowledging me on arrival, but spoke to the guy who owns the appliance instead.

      How rude is that???!!!!

      This isn't the first time this has happened to me.

      Where's your friendly customer service?

      Don't think it ever existed in the first place!

      I won't recommend them to anyone after the way I was ignored.

      never again

      Hired them to do the work on our equipment, told them the significance of the work been done as negotiated in the initial contact (the coming week) and then once commenced got left wondering and waiting after 3 weeks when they said they would be back to finish the work the same week they started. Never AGAIAN

      Fantastic and amazing service

      100% recommend

      I rung at 3:30pm to see when they would be available to come to repair my washing machine, I was lucky enough that they were already in the local area, by 4pm they were at my house and by 4:30 they had repaired my washing machine.

      I was so lucky that they had the right pump with them to replace mine.

      I would highly recommend these guys :)

      Rang this gentleman on a Saturday he not only answered the phone but he offered advice on how to help with the problem I had with my washing machine and thanks to him problem was solved over phone excellent service and polite helpful service

      Fantastic and Honest

      I rang these guys with a question about my fridge with the intention of getting them to come out and have a look. My issue was apparently a simple one and they gave me an answer and advice over the phone.

      They could have came out, AND CHARGED ME, but they kindly offered me an explanation over the phone, free of charge instead. 10/10 for honesty and integrity guys! And your pleasant and friendly customer service (and reassurance) provided over the phone was an added bonus. I'd definitely recommend these guys!
