What about stock availability?
All of our product items are available for you to purchase today. We have over 10,000 product lines in our store. If a small chance, we have sold out of a product, we will endeavour to have it for you the very next day.
What about account facilities?
Our 30 day credit account facilities provide secure but flexible ordering with the convenience of one simple payment at the end of the billing period. Please note that all account applications are subject to normal credit approvals.
Do you have hardware on display?
Our hardware store displays provide product friendly aisles to browse through which help you select the right products for the task at hand. We have been supplying a range of quality brands that will meet your every requirement.
Do you offer competitive prices?
Our prices are extremely competitive and are backed by the buying power of 6 national groups including plumbing, building & hardware traders, heavy building group.
What are your trading hours?
Our trading hours are: Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am - 1:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Can you advise me on how to do the jobs?
Yes, again our experienced staff in all departments including timber & building, plumbing & electrical can answer all your questions. Our sales staff continually undergo product training to best serve your needs.
Can you order a non-stock line in and how long will it take?
Yes, we do special orders for the hard to get items. If we can source what you want through our suppliers, we will order it in for you. The lead time for your request will depend on the availability of your order.
Do you offer trade prices?
Yes, we do.
Do you provide free quoting?
Yes, we have experienced staff on hand to quote all job obligation free. We also offer our sales representatives to call on-site as required. Our reps have many years' experience in the building industry ensuring our comprehensive product range meets your needs.
Do you provide delivery services?
Yes, we have trucks for deliveries ranging from 1-7 tonnes tippers, 13 tonne bogey trucks and 33 tonne truck & dogs. We also have a 6 & 12 pallet Hiab crane trucks available to assist unload. We offer six days a week delivery mostly within 24 hours of order placement even less if needed. We are delivering Sydney wide and beyond by request.

When we were building our house we used Seymours at Gladesville. Their service was outstanding. Always delivered when and as required. The staff there were very welcoming and got to know most of them. Their prices were very competitive and they had most things we needed. This week, I approached them to sponsor me on a fundraiser with potting mix snd delivery of it. Within an hour they came and delivered. Thank you so much. I would recommend them and they are our local building supplier. Thanks again.
