I paid $240 to fix a leaking tap, it was just a cartridge, on a weekday. On the Saturday the tap was leaking worse than before it was fixed and now I have to pay a weekend call out fee or wait until Monday. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Where do I start. Firstly the plumber shows up with greasy clothes and filthy. Everywhere he went in the house he left grease marks. As he serviced the toilet in the ensuit he was going in and out of the ensuit and he was brushing against our new (8 week old) expensive, cream coloured block-out curtains. I didn't realise until he left. Their was grease marks all over it. Whist he was working on the toilet he was leaning against the plastic on the toilet seat and again left grease marks which we are unable to get off so it is now permantly damaged and grease marks was also left on our vanity cupboards. After that was done the toilet now doesn't flush properly. He changed the pipe that goes from the toilet into the wall and he didn't tighten it up and that night we had water leaking all over our floor and the toilet was regularly filling its self up. He also serviced our hot water system and now we have no hot water coming out of our bathroom tap. He changed the washers on the laundry taps where the washing machine gets hooked up and that is also leaking so we now have a constant wet floor. I've called 3 times to make a complaint and get someone back to fix the problems but they refuse to return my calls. Now we have to folk out more money to get another company out to fix all the issues The Tap Dr left us! Worse experience ever.
