Skafferi & Svarmisk

Scarmisk is a very modern accommodation place and cafe restaurant located just on the edge of Mt Beauty as you head up the bogong high plains road. What makes this place special is the really nice modern design, that has a particular focus on using timber.

We have not stayed here, but we did have lunch at the cafe once. It's a very nice setting, and the staff were friendly, though the menu was pretty limited. Quality was food though, and its worth a try if you want a break before you head up to Falls.
