Went there for laser hair removal services. Must ask to have the same nurse to treat you as they will provide a different one every time. A timetable was made on the first consultation to show which area of body and what date the hairs will be lasered. Receptionist did not keep files on the computer / this was not passed to receptionist so there was confusion and questions every time I went for a session as to what body part I am doing. (was lasering up to 4 different body parts, hard to keep track of which couple or few it was every time)

The first two sessions I had, i had forgotten to shave my hair beforehand. The nurses did not offer a shaver or say anything and went ahead with the treatment. It is not effective to laser over grown hairs as it is essentially just burning the skin. Upon arriving to my third session was when I was finally offered a shaver AFTER I had mentioned the last two sessions I had to the nurse.

I then asked to have the same nurse as I finally felt taken care of, but to my surprise the receptionist said yes I can take a note for you unless she is sick that day. So as a patient and paying customer I have to keep in mind that the nurses at the clinic may have a sick day. Unless you want to call on the day of your appointment to check if your chosen nurse/doctor may be sick, then I do not recommend this clinic. It is unorganised and they do not take care of you as a patient.
