Called to make an appointment and a woman picked up. From the get go, she was quite rude and disinterested in my referral. She made out like I was wasting her time and annoying her. Because of this, I decided to end the call there and go elsewhere. If this is the dentists' first line of welcoming then I can only imagine how terrible it is in the dental chair. Maybe they should be sent to some customer service training program if they choose to keep her.
