Ferrari Formal

Went in yesterday to look for a wedding dress and found the customer service to be very ordinary at best. The staff member who served my bridesmaids was very unhelpful. She treated my opinion on the dresses as unimportant, rolling her eye and myselfs when she thought I didn't see and ignoring my preferences on styles and colours. This is my first experience dealing with a bridal shop and I am now confident I won't be getting my wedding dress from here!

The ladies in there were so lovely and helpful when I was looking for a formal dress! Thank you very much for a great experience.

The worst bridal shop I have ever dealt with. My experience with them was just terrible, lost paperwork, lost clothing items and crap customer service. I do not recommend.
