Horrific customer service. Unanswered phone calls, emails and queries. We were wrongly charged for home maintenance and then had to chase them up several times (emails and calls completely ignored) to have the invoice wiped without them saying anything to me, meaning we had no idea they had finally resolved their issue.

They sent us someone else's lease agreement, they've sent us other tenants payment receipts. EXTREMELY unprofessional business towards tenants.

When trying to move out, we passed up several amazing looking houses purely because they were managed by PRD.

This team as Property Managers are a joke. Their communication is non existent, they will not go out of their way to help, nor will they even pick up on damage, let alone do something about it. Leaving a home owner that trusted them with thousands of dollars in back rent overdue, and a home handed back over with damage that they refuse to do anything about. If you care about your property / investment DO NOT use these people, because they genuinely do not care about their landlords.
