Hamilton Chrome

THE WORST quality of work I have ever come across!

Almost every part that was chromed had to be redone a second time which was still terrible and had changed the shape of the parts to the extent that some no longer fit so i can not use them at all! Ruined irreplaceable classic car parts!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Zinc plating had to be all redone also as some pieces still had rust on them and they were all the wrong colour. Guess what they came back still not the right colour.

When questioned, just full of excuses offering to do the parts again & again...

If you can't get the job correct the first two attempts you should not have accepted the job in the first place!

I have lost my money, 7 weeks of waiting time and now have a bunch of parts I can no longer use!

If you want something chromed professionally and actually be happy with the service DO NOT GO TO HAMILTON CHROME. My father and his friend spent over $2000 on parts for their Harley Davidson’s to be chromed and the work was appalling, after spending all that money on professional parts the work was horrible the two men that work in the shop is inexperienced rude and arrogant, my father had to ask for his part to be re chromed that’s how bad the job was and then they pretended to re do the part only to find when we got home they had not re done it as it was that obvious and shocking. For a chrome shop their work is appalling, took my father and his friend months to get their parts back over 11 weeks, better off going to Cardiff chrome. My father has been going to Hamilton chrome for over 30 years, and the two men that are currently running the place now have horrible attitudes and are shocking at their own job chroming. They have lost our business we will never spend another $1 there, we will now be spending our money at a professional business CARDIFF CHROMING.

The most disgusting experience I've had in 35 years working on Harley Davidsons and old Ozzie muscle cars, what chrome shop can losse over 50 items, HAMILTON CHROME CAN. After paying over $4000.00, he says, I'll take $100.00 off for the lost parts. THANKS FOR NOTHING......
