Phillip Island Chocolate Factory

You pay extra for the smiles. When asked at reception for a cost to enter the factory, I was pointed in the direction of the notice board behind her. At $15 each we didn't bother. But expect it would be educational for kids. Also later when asked for a free taste test, I was directed to the sign above her. I received 2 small serves of chocolate on a tea spoon, from under the counter. BUT the hot chocolate with marshmallow was to die for and at a reasonable price. It is a tourist thing you do when visiting the Island.
