Tried to charge me about 80% extra from original quote. I wrote down the exact working hours. Of course, when the invoice came in, these hours were added on and overcalculated. When I told the owner I had wrote down all the hours of work and that the invoice was not correct, he said that hours were correct and that his worker did such an excellent job.

The owner was not even on site so I am not sure how he could say that. The on site plumber was on his phone alot and I even found cigarette butts on the ground right where his van was parked in my driveway.

When I mentioned this, the owner denied it and demanded immediate payment otherwise he will set his debt collectors after me.
