Steadfast Property Managers

I have dealt with other rental firms and have always been disappointed. Steadfast however have been fantastic on every level. A small family business they are quick to help with any queries and deal in the most professional and personal manner you could wish for. I am a home owner living overseas and and have no concerns about my home thanks to Steadfast. My tenants are also happy with their dealings with te Steadfast team. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to any home owner looking for someone to manage their property.

I have been using steadfast property managers now for over four years, after searching for a better, more cost effective way of managing my properties. I have found Steadfast Properties have exceeded my expectations, with detailed inspection reports and easy access to my property manager. I used to be concerned if a tenant didn't renew a lease, but now knowing how much effort the property Managers put into finding the right tenant in the shortest time, due to a proactive marketing approach, I now just leave the management of my properties to them. I'm about to include a third investment property to my portfolio and wont hesitate to ask steadfast properties to manage it.

Steadfast came in and relet our property in a week. The are very attentive to detail and have place a great family in our property.

We are very pleased by the level of professional & personal service provided by steadfast. This resulted in an excellent long term tenant for our property.

Agree with previous tenants review. As a long term reliable tenant who always kept the property in excellent condition and was even told that my unit was always the cleanest and nicest of all the units in the block by the property manager Tony. Only to be told a week after moving out that i wouldn't get half my bond back due to dust on the windows?????? How does that justify $500. Such money hungry and hideous people who frankly were so damn rude and could not have cared less. I have been sure to blast them via social media so all friends and family stay away from this horrible company!

The most disgustingly unprofessional agents I have EVER rented from. I have never rented from such appalling agents in all my life. Rude, unprofessional and uncaring. Do yourself a HUGE favour and stay well away from this company...I wish I had!
