Worst laundry experience ever.

After two huge storms in a week, I went to the laundry place to use their dryers.
They told me to leave my bag and that they would put it on for 40 minutes.

When my boyfriend brought the bag home it was warm and just as wet as it had been when I had dropped it off there. I paid a premium for using solely the dryer, and had horrible service.

When I returned the next day to tell my about my issue, the woman played dumb, said how could she know if I was lying or not, and emphasized that she didn't know anything, and walked away from me. I couldn't have returned to complain that day as they closed 10 minutes after he picked it up. So I came the next day after work only to be disregarded.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I wasted $8.00+ for a use of a dryer that didn't work, have hung my laundry indoors for two days to try to dry it during the rain. She didn't offer any compensation or deals.

You can go down the road to other ones with industrial sized machines where you actually know what you are getting for your money.
