Officeworks

The staff at Officeworks Noarlunga; not only is there not enough people on the shift who are either trained or willing to help customers, but they also have inappropriate conversations about their customers through their head-pieces.

I waited in line to use a 'self serve' photocopier. It wasn't working properly. After waiting in line for so long I asked one staff member if I could have a two page document printed quickly as i had already waited for 30 minutes to use the machine. A staff member; 'Donna' snarled at me that there were only two computers and that I should wait in line like everyone else. I explained that I had already waited in line for much longer than the people that were there. She looked at me and said ' What do you want me to do about it'. Not very happy, I waited in line again.

Meanwhile there were at least three staff members doing nothing but talking to each other or waiting by the entrance. While I waited I spoke to my husband on the phone via ear pieces. I am not sure how this works exactly but my ear pieces were not only allowing me to hear my husband but also two staff members calling me names through their ear-pieces. When I finally reached the counter I advised them that their conversations were not private. They gave me such dirty looks. Long story short, there are multiple people working at officeworks Noarlunga that should probably apply for work that does not involve customer service.



If there is somewhere else you can go for what you need. I would head that way.
