I sort help for what I felt was circumstantial or reactive depression and wound up being sectioned by a very manipulative and cruel female doctor.

Over ten years later I have not managed to shake the memory and the pain from my mind.

To arrive at the hospital and have a psyc nurse tell you in no uncertain terms that they don’t know what you’re doing there says it all.

I will never in my life forgive this women for what she put me through.

At no point in time had I threatened to harm myself.

That record against me followed me to when I was experiencing DV and made it impossible for me to be taken seriously or be given any help because now I’m seen as crazy.

All for trying to help myself.

Let that sink in.

Their staff at the front desk has the compassion and heart for the patient.
My 3 year old son was not well due to flu accompanied with asthma like symptom on a Wednesday afternoon.
I called the centre and book for an appointment, Their staff named Laurel, said we are extremely busy and booked out up unitl 12 midnight. We still decided to go there as walk in patients.

We can tell that they are busy as the lounge was full. When I went to the front desk, Laurel was all smile and her voice sounds very caring. I just hoped for the earliest time that they can accommodate us. Without me telling further details, she noticed my son has difficulty in breathing. She immediately arranged a nurse to look at him.
The nurse called in the doctor and administer immediate remedy on my son. We are very grateful to Laurel, Dr. Zarah and the nurse.. Such caring individuals. Kudos to the team!!
