Quick Dry Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

The technician ruined my carpets. Upstairs and downstairs. . The company was going to send another technician. They did not. He reversed into my garage. Hit the side panel of my garage and my brick fence. Then had the audacity to turn the blame onto me. I then told him to leave my property. The Company offered me $100 to repair garage damage. Never received!!! Definitely NO recommendation.

Absolutely avoid, this guy is not accountable when things dont go to plan.We paid this company to clean our tiles and there is a residue on them which streaks and marks when you clean, walk or touch them. He did come to the house, stayed 10 seconds, laughed about the issue and then claimed to be so afraid of my husband that he left. So I called him as he may feel safer with a woman and said that if hes not prepared to fix it, can he at least tell me what I can use to fix the problem myself. He had diverted his number to a call centre who messaged him and apparently he is too scared for his safety to speak to me either. He has now blocked us both 😂 By the way, we are a good 20 years older than him and a bit above street fighting to resolve anything. Reading other reviews, it seems his standard response is to throw his toys, out of the pram and leave instead of acting professionally to resolve an issue

l would avoid this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Tiles cleaned and when dried has left a residue on the tiles leaving foot prints, streaks etc on the tiles. Owner came to property, arrived with attitude, he said what's wrong, I said have you looked at the photos in the email...didn't like my comments and left. Unprofessional AVOID

Was booked to have the carpets and lounges cleaned. It was disgusting!!!!!

The guy only cleaned the top of the sofa cushions and when I questioned this he said, Well, do you sit on both sides of the cushion? 🤯

I rang and complained and asked for a refund which they declined. They said they will do a re do.

Re do day comes and they send the same guy who didn't do the job the first time. He used a round wet spinning machine on the carpets. I asked how he would do the corners with a round cleaner??? He said, he can get along the skirting boards so it's only the very corner it doesn't clean. He then sprays chemicals on the carpets while his boss if face timing the clean and yelling at me saying, "he can get to the corners...... His boss says, just pack up and leave. I have 3 rooms with chemicals sprayed on them and 2 asmatic children in the home. They also refused to clean the couches on re do day! A demanded the carpets be finished due to the chemicals and he said, there is no chemicals on the carpet. It's watered down shampoo!!!!. I also took a photo of the chemical in his van.

If anyone else had a bad experience, report it to consumer protection so we can shut down this rouge cleaner!

I didn't receive confirmation of arrival time the day before as promised so I followed up only to be told they'd booked the wrong day. They could fit me in that afternoon but 30mins after they were due to arrive, they called to say they would be another 30mins = 1hr late and could only do half the job. I'd spent the morning vacuuming and moving furniture + taking a day off for no reason. Do not believe the glowing reviews on the website or the owner's warning about using other cleaners! Will not be using this business again. Very disappointing.

Absolutely awful experience, do not go near! Booked as an end of lease carpet clean and the carpet ended up looking worse than before it was cleaned. The real estate didn’t believe that a carpet clean had even been done, with visible marks on the carpet and forced us to have another one.



I contacted the company to ask for a refund, and sent picture evidence and they refused offering no alternative solution blaming it solely on us having not vacuumed the carpet after. They claimed this was advised on the phone, upon booking confirmation and that the technician would have reminded. They didn’t advise on phone, didn’t send us an email confirmation & the technician didn’t understand a word of English so certainly didn’t advise we would need to vacuum after - also I have never experienced a carpet cleaner that doesn’t vacuum as part of the service.



We lived in the property for 4 months, the carpet was like new, no visible stains and in great condition. After the clean the minor spot marks were still there, and some additional stains had been added. The technician was there for a total of 15 minutes, the carpet didn’t even feel damp when we popped head in after. Residue of hair and bits all over the floor from pictures sent from the real estate and the technician left the sink in a mess and didn’t clean up after self.



Had the carpet had loads of stains I would have been thorough with the checking, however it was almost spotless, so I trusted and assumed there would be no issues. To provide a bad service and offer no solution or refund is appalling.



Seeing other people have the same experience is shocking - only taking 10-15 mins, carpet practically dry straight after, stains not removed and some added that weren’t there prior, hair and residue everywhere (no vacuuming as part of service), resulting in bond issues, poor customer service, no solution provided.

Do not use this company!! We used them for a final bond inspection, and apart from the fact the man they spent over only took 20 minutes, he didn't vacuumed AT ALL and when we had the inspection the real estate told us the carpets looked like they hadn't even been cleaned!! We tried to reschedule and after they told us they would call us back with a new time, 2 days later they still hadn't called us back. Countless phone calls and emails went unanswered. I think this company is just a scam. Either that or a sub par organisation trying to pass themselves off as a carpet cleaning company!! If you want good service and clean carpets, DO NOT use this company, save your money and use someone else, I wish we did the same!!
