I made a reservation with this company and paid a deposit, paying international transfer fees. Four months later they told me they didn't think their buses could turn around at the property. I asked them to come have a look at the property as vehicles much larger than a 24 seater bus have turned around on the property. They never came out to look at the property but suggested a solution to use one large bus and one small bus to shuttle people at an increased cost. When I agreed to this I got an email saying they changed their mind and don't want my booking anymore. They used potential weather and flooding as an excuse, despite the event being over 6 months in the future. I had already told them that the road has never flooded historically and should it happened I would understand that they would not be bake to provide the service and I would eat the cost. It seems they found a better offer and just wanted a reason to cancel my booking. A different bus company has now come out to look at the property and told me their 24 seater buses can easily turn around. If you want a reliable booking do not use this company!
