Came to fix a leak, was berrated for asking questions, was rude to customers coming into business. Would not recommend poor service.

We were left worse off after using this company to repair our waste pipes to septic tank.. they even dumped soil from the trench dug in a hidden pile and didn't make good the trench dug. The run of the pipes they "relaid/repaired" means septic tank now needs emptying every few months. Really REALLY unskilled work

After coming out to repair a leak, item still leaking and worse than before started job. We were quoted $120 labour for the work plus $25 in parts, ended up paying around $400, 4 different plumbers over 3 days, very very inconvenienced - the last guy left for a plumbing store and was told the trip was unnecessary by another coworker, so turned back, and I was late for work waiting around. They claim that I told them to replace certain parts! This is totally disgraceful - how would I know what to replace? I’m not a plumber and it’s their professional role to advise me on this. Salt into wounds they advise replacing the whole unit now. What about a proper repair? What about everything I’ve been charged for to date? They didn’t fix the problem, in fact as mentioned it’s leaking more now, yet still think it’s ok to charge me for this! Appalling.
