Henry's Airporter

At Sunshine Coast airport, I was informed there would be an estimated one hour delay as the Henry's bus was actually waiting for three planes to arrive not one as I was told the day before. I was concerned that if one plane was delayed the wait could be longer. I wouldn't class this as a shuttle service as the public bus would have been much faster. We had a hire car any way but as I had planned to stop several times on the way to the accommodation I had booked the shuttle so my husband could go directly there. When I was informed of the delay I told the driver my husband wouldn't be taking the bus in that case. He went in the car with me and Henry's have not returned my call or responded to email when I requested a refund. This is particularly rude as I didn't have to pay when I booked the day before, but I did so in good faith. I would never use this business again.

We loved out trip to the airport

Company was negligent as driver didnt lock trailer properly, causing luggage to fall out. Worst part they were rude and took no responsibility.

No stars for Henry. Had friends from Sweden booked in...bus driver said sorry..bus is full..next one will be here in an hour..not good enough Henry.
